At our store, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered.
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Please include a clear photo showing the issue
- Once approved, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
There is no need to return the damaged item.
Incorrect Orders
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if:
- The wrong size was selected
- The wrong color was chosen
- The order was placed incorrectly by the customer
Please double-check all details before placing your order.
Shipping Issues
If your order cannot be delivered successfully (e.g., incorrect address or delivery failure):
- You may request a reshipment (additional cost may apply)
- Or a partial refund
Print Variations
Due to the nature of the printing process:
- Slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are normal
- These are not considered defects
